Job summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Dietary Cook at Greene Place Senior Living in Seward, NE. You will prepare and serve meals per the menu, ensuring safe food handling and accurate meal service for residents, while maintaining compliance with health regulations.

You will work with a team of caregivers in a senior living environment, focusing on nutrition, quality service, and a compassionate, professional approach to residents and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent, required.
• Prior dietary experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred.
• One year of experience as a cook in a large-scale cooking operation highly preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to the menu and safety standards.
• Monitor food handling methods, preparation, and equipment cleaning.
