Qualifications

• Experience in quantity food preparation or SNF environment preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes, menus, and prep instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing meals, snacks, and other food items according to established menus and recipes.
• Follow proper food preparation, handling, and sanitation procedures.
• Work in the dish room as needed.
• Serve meals and assist residents with dining needs as appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, equipment, and workstations.
• Properly store food and supplies.
