Tutera Senior Living & Health Care in Indiana is seeking a Dietary Cook to prepare and serve meals according to menu, monitor food handling, and ensure safety and cleanliness of kitchen operations. You will provide nutritionally appropriate meals to residents to support health and well-being in compliance with regulations.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior dietary experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC is preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior dietary experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings is highly preferred.
• One year of cook experience in a large-scale operation is highly preferred.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve meals according to the menu.
• Monitor methods of food handling, preparation, and meal service.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained.
• Provide nutritionally appropriate food to residents to support health.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations for nutrition care and food service.
