Dietary Clerk Opportunity

• Full-time or Part-time, Direct hire position
• Schedule: 10:30 AM - 7 PM or 5 AM - 1 PM
• Flexible schedule options are available
• Rotating weekends and holidays
• Benefits eligible for full-time hours

Dietary Clerk Responsibilities

• Oversee the use of standardized recipes to prepare foods and ensure that staff are following the ServSafe guidelines
• Dietary Clerk will facilitate and participate in the education and training of meal preparation, sanitization, and cleaning protocol with the dietary team
• Dietary Clerk will utilize basic computer skills and be responsible for meal service

Dietary Clerk Requirements

• High school Diploma or GED preferred
• On-the-job training will be provided
• 1+ years of Cook / Nutrition / Serving experience preferred
