Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the dietary manager with tasks to meet residents' dietary needs.
• Prepare meals under supervision of a cook or Food Service Director.
• Deliver food to units at scheduled times.
• Dispose of leftovers and take out garbage.
• Clean food stations, wash dishes and utensils.
• Stock ingredients and monitor inventory.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and compliance program.
• Adhere to local, state and federal regulations relevant to the role.
