Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service by assembling trays and delivering meal carts.
• Maintain cleanliness and dispose of refuse per procedures.
• Manage supplies by delivering and rotating food and floor items (FIFO).
• Prepare meals following menu and recipes.
• Serve meals as directed by recipes and spreadsheet instructions.
• Sanitize and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
