High Point Residence Taylorville is seeking a dependable Dietary Aide to join our dining services team. You will assist with meal preparation and service, maintain a clean kitchen and dining area, and help create a pleasant dining experience for our residents each day.

This part-time role offers daytime shifts with every other weekend rotation. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and compassionate, enjoys teamwork, and takes pride in delivering high-quality service to seniors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow menus, recipes, and dietary guidelines.

• Ability to work daytime shifts, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and serving meals according to established menus and dietary requirements
• Set up and clean dining areas before and after meal service
• Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and sanitizing kitchen and dining areas
• Stock and rotate food, beverages, and supplies as needed
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection-control guidelines
• Provide friendly and respectful service to residents
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Assist the dietary team with additional duties as needed
