Job summary

Fulton Commons Care Center in New York is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Dietary Aide to support dining operations for our residents. Weekend availability is required, with a typical shift from 12pm–8pm, and shifts twice per week with potential for additional hours.

Responsibilities

• Dish room Operations: Operate the dish machine, clean the dish room, and wash pots, pans, and sort silverware.
• Food Preparation & Tray Setup: Prepare sandwiches and set up the tray line with condiments.
• Meal Delivery: Deliver food carts to units and organize resident tickets.
• Beverage & Soup Service: Pour coffee, soups, and clean the coffee pot.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Sweep, mop, and ensure cleanliness in dining areas, storerooms, and other kitchen areas.
• Restocking & Waste Management: Restock supplies, manage leftovers, and dispose of trash.
• Additional Duties: Assist with other tasks as assigned by management.
