Qualifications

• Prior assisted living or nursing home experience is preferred; experience working with geriatric patients is a plus.
• Food service background with knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and basic math for portioning and inventory management.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices, including PPE and safe lifting techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with a caring attitude toward residents or patients.
