Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. seeks a Dietary Aide/Server for our senior living community in Tucson, AZ. You will ensure timely, friendly dining service for residents, staff, and guests, while maintaining sanitation and high-quality food presentation.

Key responsibilities include assisting with residents’ dining expectations, keeping dining areas clean, and complying with safety procedures. A Food Handler’s certification is required or obtainable upon hire.

• Must possess Food Handler’s certification, or willing to obtain upon hire.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Must be dependable, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work without constant supervision.

About the Opportunity

Ensure efficient, timely and friendly food and beverage service to all residents, staff and guests. Assist with meeting or exceeding residents’ dining expectations. Ensure proper cleaning, storage, and availability of all dining services cookware, dishware, etc. Keep food prep, dining areas and/or dish room areas clean and sanitary. Maintain proper sanitation and safety procedures and high quality of food preparation and presentation.
