Job summary

Paycom is seeking a dining services aide to support meal preparation and service in a resident facility. You will follow sanitation procedures, assist cooks, and help with beverage and dessert preparation.

No prior experience required; you must read and follow instructions, perform basic math, and work well with others. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing long periods.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Required to take the Food Handlers course that is required by state regulations and must successfully pass the test.Cleans and washes equipment used in meal preparation.Keeps own work area clean and sanitary after each meal preparation.Prepares accurate drinks for all residents and all diets.Prepares juices, supplements, milks, pudding, jello, and thickened liquids for all residents according to diet requirements.Attends to tray line service following sanitation procedures of work area.Assists cooks as needed.Attends to special needs required per residents or supervisor requests.Maintains proper cleaning schedules on a daily basis.Washes dishes and cleans dish room to sanitation requirementsSets up Dining Room at 3:00pm for dinner.Sets up tea time for activities at 4:15pm with coffee, tea, and cold and hot water.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
