Job summary

ClearSky Health in Cleveland, WI is seeking a Part-time Dietary Aide PRN to support meal service for patients, visitors, and staff, including preparation, portioning, and delivery with accurate dietary delivery.

This position must integrate company values into daily practice.**Essential Functions:*** Prepares and/or pre-portions food for regular and therapeutic diets, according to the planned menu and as directed. Handles food using proper food handling and food safety techniques according to established policies and procedures.* Cleans and sanitizes all food preparation equipment and ensures that it is kept in safe and operable condition. Completes general cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of work area.* Assists with keeping Dietary department stocked with essential patient food items.* Operates dish machine according to established procedures.* Maintains records regarding patient diet information.* Utilizes concepts of age/developmental stages in interactions with patients and families.* May be required to work during inclement weather and other staffing emergencies.* Provides an environment conducive to safety for patients, visitors, and staff. Assesses the risks for safety and implements appropriate precautions.
