Job summary

Hanover Hill Behavioral Health in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, seeks an experienced Dietary Aide to join its state-of-the-art facility. You will safely prepare salad and cold items and serve meals to patients, staff and visitors as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Under the supervision of the Director of Dietary, you will maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen, serving area and dining room, while adhering to food safety standards and the EPIC system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0-1 year of related experience is required, and 2-3 years of related experience is preferred.
• ServSafe Certification is preferred.
• Experience in dietary services or hospital setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely preparing salad and cold food items.
• Serving meals to patients, staff and visitors.
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment in the kitchen, serving area and dining room.
