Job summary

AdviniaCare is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our team on a part-time or per diem basis. The ideal candidate will be a reliable team player with a focus on patient nutrition and service.

Responsibilities include preparing meals for medical patients and older adults, delivering meals, and assisting kitchen staff to maintain a clean, sanitary work environment. A high school diploma and prior dietary aide experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience as a dietary aide preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service experience appreciated.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines expected.
• Aptitude with cookware, bakeware and cooking appliances.
• Ability to operate cooking equipment effectively.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Preparing meals for medical patients and older people. Show nutritional knowledge, experience creating, and delivering nutritional meal plans. Help patients fulfill specific dietary requirements to promote their health and wellbeing. Duties include preparing and cooking dishes, delivering food to patients while also assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining a clean, sanitary workplace.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a dietary aide
