Job summary

Red Cliffs Health and Rehab in St George, UT is seeking a part-time Food Service / Dietary Aide. No prior food service experience required; on-the-job training provided. We offer flexible schedules to accommodate your needs and a team-first environment focused on patient care.

Assist the Dietary Manager with meal planning and patient dietary plans, help with meal prep with kitchen staff, and serve meals to residents. Dining room setup and cleanup are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required to communicate with patients and staff.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Food handler's permit or ability to obtain one.
• Experience in food service is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dietary Manager with patient dietary plans and meal planning/scheduling.
• Prepare meals in cooperation with kitchen staff.
• Prepare and clean the dining room and dining area.
• Serve meals to patients and residents.
• Clean up dining area after meal service.
