Job summary

HCF is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide/Nutrition Assistant to support daily meal service for residents. You’ll assist with meal distribution, verify tray accuracy, and maintain clean, sanitary dining and kitchen areas.

This role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards to ensure excellent resident nutrition and service. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and may hold ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and follow simple instructions.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team oriented.
• Customer service minded with a helpful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in serving meals to residents.
• Verify tray tickets for accuracy.
• Wash and sanitize dishware and equipment.
• Clean and sanitize all food service equipment.
• Operate food service equipment in a safe manner.

Requirements
