Gardant-Management-Solution in Sullivan, IL is seeking a compassionate dining services assistant to serve high-quality meals and beverages to residents, respecting dietary restrictions and preferences. You will help prepare dining areas and create a clean, welcoming environment for daily meals and social gatherings.

You will maintain sanitary kitchen practices, follow safety protocols, and engage with residents with love, dignity, and respect.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Completion of ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of start.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities
