Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Valparaiso, IN is seeking a part-time dining assistant to join our kitchen team. The role pays $15.00 per hour and requires ServSafe certification within 90 days of starting.

You will serve nourishing meals to residents, prepare dining areas, and maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen while delivering warm, dignified care aligned with our values. This on-site position offers flexible hours and engagement with residents daily.

Qualifications

• Serves high-quality, nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages to our residents in consideration of dietary preferences and restrictions
• Prepares dining areas, providing a clean and welcoming environment for resident social gathering and meals
• Assists in maintaining a sanitary and organized kitchen while ensuring compliance to safety and sanitation protocols
