Reflections Retirement Community in Benton, IL is seeking a Part-Time Dietary Aide to serve meals and beverages to residents at Heritage Woods of Benton. You will help prep dining areas, maintain a clean, welcoming dining room, and ensure smooth meal service for daily resident gatherings.

The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, completion of ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of start, and a genuine commitment to serving with love, compassion and dignity.

Job Location: Heritage Woods of Benton - Benton, IL 62812, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.00 Hourly, Job Shift: 1st shift

Responsibilities

• Serves high-quality, nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages to our residents in consideration of dietary preferences and restrictions
• Prepares dining areas, providing a clean and welcoming environment for resident social gathering and meals
• Assists in maintaining a sanitary and organized kitchen while ensuring compliance to safety and sanitation protocols
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction
