Job summary

Infinity Healthcare Consulting is seeking a Dietary Aide to support all dietary functions in alignment with established policies and regulations. You will serve meals, prepare and deliver snacks, set up dining areas, and assist with diet trays and inventories, collaborating with the Dietitian/Supervisor as needed.

The role emphasizes adherence to sanitary standards and the facility's procedures, with duties assigned by the Dietary Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Follows sanitary regulations and established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serves meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance at designated meal times.
• Sets up meal trays, food carts, dining room, etc., as instructed.
• Assists in checking diet trays before distribution.
• Assists in serving meals.
• Prepares and delivers snacks, etc., as instructed.
• Delivers food carts, trays to designated areas.
• Ensures that all dietary procedures are followed per policies.
• Ensures food and supplies for the next meal are ready.
• Assists in inventorying and storing incoming food and supplies.
