Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service by assembling trays and delivering meal carts to nursing or dining areas.
• Maintain cleanliness by disposing of refuse according to policies and procedures.
• Manage supplies by delivering and rotating food and floor supplies (FIFO).
• Prepare foods following menus and standardized recipes to ensure safe, efficient meals.
• Serve meals by portioning and serving according to recipes and spreadsheet instructions.
• Sanitize equipment by washing, sanitizing, and storing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
