Qualifications

• Dietary aide with at least 1 year of experience preferred.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is a plus.
• Must adhere to safety and health standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals, snacks and beverages following procedures.
• Serve meals and maintain food safety and hygiene.
• Take inventory of kitchen supplies.
• Follow facility procedures and state rules and regulations.
• Set up and clear dining areas; assist with cleaning.
• Assist with nutrition education and menu planning with Chefs, Dietitians and Doctors.
