Job summary

Wind River Rehabilitation and Wellness is currently seeking a Dietary Aide to join our dietary department. We are a team-oriented facility that prides itself on culinary excellence and resident care.

The role includes reading production orders, assembling trays with utensils and condiments, assisting with food preparation, and serving meals at the proper time and temperature while maintaining clean, orderly spaces.

Qualifications

• Required: Food Handlers' Permit
• Knowledge of high standards of food service sanitation and safety
• Interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Skill and ability to learn to operate kitchen equipment

Responsibilities

• Read production orders on tray cards
• Place items on trays (utensils, napkins, straws, condiments, tray cards)
• Perform food preparation tasks as assigned
• Serve meals on trays at proper time and temperature
• Push carts to halls or kitchen
• Wash dishes and clean work area
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness
