Responsibilities

• Assist with Meal Service: Assemble trays and deliver meal carts to nursing or dining areas.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Dispose of refuse and keep areas clean according to policies.
• Manage Supplies: Deliver and rotate food and floor supplies (first in, first out).
• Prepare Foods: Follow menu and standardized recipes to prepare meals safely.
• Serve Meals: Portion and serve meals per recipes and spreadsheet instructions.
• Sanitize Equipment: Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
