Responsibilities

• Assist with Meal Service: Assemble trays and deliver meal carts to nursing or dining areas.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Dispose of refuse following department policies and procedures.
• Manage Supplies: Deliver and rotate food and floor supplies per first in, first out standards.
• Prepare Foods: Follow menu and recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently.
• Serve Meals: Portion and serve meals as directed by recipes and spreadsheet instructions.
• Sanitize Equipment: Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment properly.
