As a Dietary Aide, you assist in preparing and serving meals, follow dietary guidelines, ensure food safety and sanitation, and interact

Qualifications

Must have ability to perform basic arithmetic, understand measurements and follow written and oral instructions.
No experience required. A willingness to learn is needed.
Solid communication skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate resident needs.
Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with residents, vendors and team members.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and serving meals to residents, starting with setting up trays and serving regular meals.
Deliver a high level of customer service by distributing food in accordance with dietary guidelines and individual meals.
Deliver and retrieve trays, wash dishes, and help maintain sanitary conditions across dining areas.
