Job summary

Live Well Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Dietary Aide for its Lafayette Center Nursing Facility. You will assist with meal preparation, tray service, and sanitation to support a safe, hygienic dining environment.

The role requires flexibility, including every other weekend, and a compassionate approach to residents. We offer benefits and the opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care in a supportive team. Full-time employment with PTO and insurance for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform routine tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Patient, tolerant, and compassionate attitude towards residents and team members.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and daily work assignments accurately.
• Prepare food items, serve meal trays, and handle soiled dishes with care and attention to hygiene.
• Operate dietary equipment and maintain clean, sanitized work areas in compliance with safety standards.
• Work comfortably around cleaning agents and routine sanitation chemicals.
