Job summary

Fort Worth Transitional Care Center is hiring for a full-time position, where you will assist with food prep and cooking, prepare beverages, and maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen area. You will work closely with the Certified Dietary Manager on various tasks.

The ideal candidate should have a High School diploma or equivalent and a Texas Food Handler Certificate, with experience in a commercial kitchen preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience working in a commercial kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food prep and cooking following regulations.
• Prepare and serve beverages.
• Set up and pass trays for meal service.
• Stock snack cart.
• Buss tables and trays.
• Clean the kitchen work area.
• Wash dishes and maintain dishwashing area.
• Complete special projects or tasks as assigned.
