Care Initiatives is hiring Dietary Staff in Iowa for full-time evening shifts with every other weekend. You’ll join a compassionate dietary team across multiple nursing communities, delivering meals with excellent service and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in quantity food preparation and service.
• Willingness to complete training in Food Safety and Sanitation.
• Healthcare dietary setting experience a plus.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Serve hot and cold food portions to residents.
• Set up and clear tables, transport food carts.
• Bring trays to rooms and deliver meals with care.
• Clean and maintain sanitary work areas.
