Job summary

The Grove of Fox Valley in Aurora, IL is hiring a Dietary Aide to support residents with meals and dietary plans in a Skilled Nursing setting. You will assist with tray assembly, meal delivery, and ensuring dietary restrictions are followed.

You will help maintain food safety, sanitary conditions, and accurate temperature records while contributing to a compassionate, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth and access to benefits.

Qualifications

• As a minimum, a tenth (10th) grade education.
• Prior Skilled Nursing Foodservice experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• As a Dietary Aide you will assist residents with one of their favorite parts of the day.
• Ensure residents receive the appropriate items for each meal according to their dietary needs.
• Ensure food safety and equipment by recording temperatures and keeping the kitchen/dietary area clean and sanitized.
