St. Mark Village in Palm Harbor, FL is hiring a full-time Dietary Aide for Highland Lakes. You will prepare and serve meals to residents, help with trays and dining areas, and maintain sanitation standards in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

The role offers steady 6:00 AM–2:00 PM hours, $15.00 per hour with credit for experience, and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage plus an HSA. In person, on-site position with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• 1 year of prior serving or food service experience.
• Willingness to learn on the job and work closely with a team.
• Must pass a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals to residents.
• Handle trays, transport food, and deliver snacks.
• Wash dishes and keep the kitchen and dining areas clean and organized.
• Store food properly and manage supplies.
