Bennington Glen is seeking a Dietary Aide to support residents with daily meals and related tasks. The role emphasizes resident-focused service, reliability, and a caring demeanor in a team setting.

Experience in the kitchen is welcome but not required. Training will be provided on the job, and you will thrive in a fast-paced environment while helping create a warm, close-knit community for our residents.

The successful candidate must be resident-oriented and be committed to providing excellent service. Specific qualifications include reliable transportation and a friendly & caring resident-oriented attitude. Employees will be hired based on exhibited hard work, reliability, and ability to work well with others in the workplace! Experience in the kitchen is preferred but is not a requirement of this position. Training will be done on-the-job, and the successful candidate will work well in a fast paced environment.
