Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals to patients, residents, and staff in accordance with recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Assist with food preparation, including cutting, mixing, and cooking.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment following sanitation standards.
• Assist with inventory management, receiving, and storing food, supplies, and equipment.
• Collaborate with dietary staff to ensure efficient meal service and communication.
• Participate in menu planning, ordering, and receiving supplies and equipment.
• Maintain records of food temperatures, inventory, and supplies.
