Job summary

Arcadia Care is hiring a Dietary Aide to support all food functions following established policies. You will review, prepare, and serve meals per planned menus and standardized recipes, including special diets, ensuring compliance with sanitary regulations.

The role requires maintaining a clean, safe department and assisting with snacks and related duties as instructed, contributing to a positive resident experience and smooth dining operations.

Qualifications

• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition & enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level, they are currently functioning.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare & serve meals in accordance with planned menus with standardized recipes & special diet orders. Also ensure food, etc., is prepared in accordance with sanitary regulations.
• Ensure that the department is maintained in a clean and safe manner.
• Prepare & deliver snacks, etc., as instructed.
