You will assist in meal preparation and service, maintain a clean dietary area, restock supplies, and collaborate with the dietary staff to meet residents' dietary needs.

Strong teamwork, communication, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in food service or healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and service of meals, including setting up and cleaning up after meals.
• Maintain a clean and organized dietary department, adhering to strict sanitation and safety standards.
• Restock supplies and inventory, ensuring that all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure seamless meal service and meet resident dietary needs and preferences.
• Provide support to the dietary staff, including serving meals, clearing tables, and assisting with laundry and other duties as needed.
