Altercare Navarre is hiring a Dietary Aide to work in Food Service, providing restaurant-style dining for residents in Navarre, OH. This role supports the dietary team, assists the cook, and contributes to a clean, efficient kitchen and dining area.

The position includes on-the-job training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth within Altercare’s dietary team.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to work with residents and assist in meal service.

Responsibilities

• Assist cook in preparing meals and setting up serving areas.
• Assist with meal service to residents.
• Support sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
• Help in the dish room and with basic food prep as directed.
• Report to Dietary Coordinator and follow food safety guidelines.

Reports to Dietary Coordinator. Our Dietary Aide will assist the cook in the kitchen, assist with meal service, assist with sanitation and help in the dish room.
