Dexter Health Care in Dexter, ME, part of First Atlantic Healthcare, is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to support our food and nutrition program. You will assist with meal prep, service, and maintaining a safe, clean dining area for residents.

You will work closely with Dietitians and Nursing staff to ensure residents receive nutritious meals and enjoy a welcoming dining experience. No prior experience required—training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• No prior experience necessary- we are happy to train you!

Responsibilities

• Meal Prep: Prepare meals, snacks, and beverages following facility procedures.
• Service: Serve residents while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards.
• Organization: Set up/take down dining areas and assist with kitchen maintenance.
• Inventory: Help track kitchen supplies and food items.
• Compliance: Stay current on facility protocols and state regulations.
