Job summary

CareOne at Essex Park in Beverly, MA is seeking a Dietary Aide to support daily meal service, assist residents with meals, and uphold safety and nutrition standards within our dining program.

The role offers both part-time and full-time options with pay between $16.25 and $19.25 per hour, plus a benefits package. Training and growth opportunities are available for reliable candidates who value compassionate resident care.

Qualifications

• Experience in Long Term Care is preferred; however, we are willing to train reliable candidates.
• Flexibility to work all shifts and the right attitude are the most important aspects for success in this position.
• Must be able to work weekends is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• The Dietary Aide is responsible for providing assistance in all dietary functions as directed by the Nutrition Service Director in accordance with established policies and procedures.
