Capri Communities is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to support dining services across our Wisconsin communities. You will assist line cooks, take resident orders, and serve meals and beverages promptly with a focus on exceptional service.

This part-time role requires weekend availability, rotating holidays, and a willingness to learn. No prior experience is required, but customer service skills and a positive attitude help you thrive in our community-focused team.

Qualifications

• Part-time position with alternating weekends and rotating holidays.
• No experience required, but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service of residents during meal times.
• Delivers meals to residents located outside of the building; prepares “to go” orders in a timely manner.
• Keeps the kitchen supplied with clean dishes, pots, pans and utensils.
• Set-up and clean up of dining areas and service spaces.
• Assist with training new personnel.
