Job summary

Forest Park Nursing and Rehabilitation in Carlisle, PA is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to assist in meal preparation and service, following dietary guidelines and portion control. You will collaborate with the dietary team to meet residents' nutritional needs, maintain a clean and welcoming dining area, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dietary Aide or similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals following dietary guidelines and portion control.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.

• Maintain inventory of dietary supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
