Job summary

Meadowview Assisted Living Center in Smithfield, NC is seeking a dietary aide to assist in food preparation and service, helping ensure meals meet quality and safety standards.

You will work closely with the dietary team, maintain clean dining and kitchen areas, and follow health and infection control policies. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting residents with compassionate, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and service while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in the kitchen and dining areas as directed by the Food Service Director or Cook.
• Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.
