Job summary

HCF is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in daily meal service operations and support residents with compassionate care. You will help serve meals, verify tray tickets, and maintain clean, sanitized work areas and equipment.

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma and ServSafe certification, with a focus on reliability, teamwork, and excellent customer service for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, perform simple calculations, and follow instructions.
• High school diploma preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Compassionate, team player, service-minded.
• Self-motivated, dependable, ethical.

Responsibilities

• Assist in serving meals.
• Verify tray tickets.
• Wash & sanitize dishware.
• Clean & sanitize equipment.
• Operate all food service equipment safely.
