Qualifications

• Dietary Aide certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• 1-3 years of experience in food services or related field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving areas.
• Assist with food preparation, including labeling, portioning, and plating.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of meal trays to residents' rooms.
• Monitor and maintain sanitation standards in kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of food and supplies.
• Collaborate with dietary team to develop and implement menus and meal plans.
• Participate in quality control measures to ensure resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
