Job summary

William Penn Care Center in Jeannette, PA is hiring Dietary Aides to support our dietary team with meal preparation, tray setup, and delivering meals to residents in a warm, caring setting.

If you have a positive attitude and enjoy teamwork with a focus on customer service, you’ll fit well. Previous dietary or healthcare experience is preferred but not required, and there are full-time and part-time opportunities with room to grow.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic required or preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills emphasized in role.
• Team-oriented and dependable to support residents.
• Able to work in a fast-paced dining environment.
• No formal dietary education required, experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and tray setup.
• Deliver meals and beverages to residents.
• Assist residents during meal service as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and dining areas.
• Wash dishes and kitchen equipment.
• Follow infection control and food safety procedures; cooperate with dietary and nursing staff.
