• Minimum of a High School Diploma and at least 1 year previous experience with Food Service/ Dietary Aide
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously and prioritize tasks
• Good communication skills and interaction with residents and families

Responsibilities

• Serves meals to residents in accordance with established portion control procedures
• Completes daily cleaning tasks such as cleaning spills, unloading dishwasher, disposing of trash
• Participates in departmental cleaning and recycling program
• Disposes of food and waste per facility/state guidelines
• Wears protective clothing when handling hazardous chemicals or infectious waste
