Hemet Hills Post Acute is seeking a dependable Dietary Aide to join our food services team. With 178 beds serving both short- and long-term residents, you'll assist with meal preparation and ensure quality service.

This full-time position offers competitive pay ranging from $17.48 to $18.50 per hour, depending on experience. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas, providing great service to residents.

Qualifications

• Previous dietary or food service experience preferred.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation, tray assembly, and meal service to residents.
• Ensure trays meet diet orders and portion guidelines.
• Deliver meals in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, and equipment.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and cookware according to safety standards.
• Assist cooks and dietary staff as needed.
• Follow infection control, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
