Job summary

Village Manor in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Dietary Aide/Dishwasher to support the dietary department by preparing and serving meals according to the cycle menu, monitoring food handling, and completing cleaning routines.

Schedule is 12:00 PM to 7:30 PM with alternating weekends. Qualifications include 1+ year in food service; preferred education in quantity cooking and therapeutic diets; healthcare dietary experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Healthcare dietary setting preferred 1 year

• Prepare and serve meals according to cycle menus.

Job description

The Dietary Aide/Dishwasher is primarily responsible for preparing and serving meals according to cycles menu, monitoring methods of food handling, preparing meal service, and performing assigned work and cleaning routines for the Dietary Department.

Schedule : 12pm-7:30pm with alternating weekends

Qualifications:

• Preferred Education: Education in quantity cooking and therapeutic diets
• Required Experience: 1 or more years’ experience in food service or dining services
• Preferred Experience: 1 year food service experience in a health care dietary setting
