You will assist with meal service, maintain cleanliness, manage supplies, prepare foods, serve meals, and sanitize equipment to ensure safe, efficient dining for residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Meal Service: Assemble trays and deliver meal carts.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Dispose of refuse per procedures.
• Manage Supplies: Deliver and rotate food and floor supplies (FIFO).
• Prepare Foods: Follow recipes to prepare meals safely.
• Serve Meals: Portion and serve as directed by recipes and spreadsheet.
• Sanitize Equipment: Wash and store dishes and cooking equipment properly.
