Job summary

The Encoe At Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Dietary Aide to support the dining department and assist with meal service and preparation. Daily pay is offered to eligible staff as part of the role.

Responsibilities include working with the dietary manager and dietitian to implement policies, preparing appetizing meals, and helping with serving, cleaning, and related tasks as directed.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Some experience in food service is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Work with the facility’s dietary manager and dietitian and implement recommendations.
• Ensure that all dietary procedures are followed according to facility policies.
• Prepare meals that are tasty and appetizing in appearance.
• Assist in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis.

Education

10th grade education minimum
