Job summary

Williamsburg Health & Rehabilitation Center in Williamsburg, KY is seeking full-time and part-time Dietary Aides to join our team. No education or prior experience required; we provide training and support to nourish residents, guests, and staff under sanitary guidelines.

You will work with the Dietary Manager to serve meals, help with food preparation, and maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen. We offer competitive wages, benefits, and opportunities with a caring team.

Qualifications

• No education or prior experience required.
• Provide nourishing food to residents under sanitary conditions according to policies.

Responsibilities

• Works with cook and Dietary Manager to implement changes as required.
• Assures that all dietary procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.
• Develop and maintain a good work rapport with inter-department personnel to meet residents' needs.
• Serves meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
• Assist in serving meals and in a timely basis.
• Serves food in accordance with established portion control.
• Report accidents/incidents as established.
• Reviews menus prior to preparation of food.
• Assist in establishing food services production line to ensure meals are prepared on time.
• Maintains inventory and stock levels.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of food service areas.
